Platinum Jets, Inc. acts as an independent travel agency and intermediary. We are not affiliated with any airline, hotel, car-rental company or cruise line, and we use third-party aggregators and consolidators to make reservations on your behalf. The travel provider's own terms and fare rules apply to every booking.
2. Fares and pricing
All fares are quoted per person and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Fares are subject to availability and may change until ticketed. Unpublished fares are available only through our travel experts and may carry specific restrictions, which will be disclosed before purchase.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a deposit arrangement is agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
4. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change and cancellation terms depend on the fare purchased and are shown before payment. Same-day cancellation is available on eligible fares. Refunds, where permitted, are processed to the original payment method within the provider's stated timeframe. Service fees may apply.
5. Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and health documentation for every destination. Names must match travel documents exactly.
6. Liability
Platinum Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or losses caused by travel providers, weather, strikes or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us.
